Rambles and Sunrise Rambles
Upgrade Your Day require full payment for any of our rambles at point of sale to confirm your place.
You must cancel a ramble no later than 24 hours before the Event for which you have been booked to qualify for a refund.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your payment will not be refunded.
Courses
Once you have filled out, completed and sent an application form with simple questions. Once this has been completed and returned you will then be sent payment details for deposit, full amount or any other payment options that may have been discussed on application.
You can pay in full or pay a deposit on reserving your place on all courses. Deposits are non-refundable. If full payment is not received on reserving, it will be required one month before the start of the course. If you have paid the full amount on reserving your place but decided not to continue, £50 will be kept as a deposit and non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that Upgrade Your Day has to cancel this course due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund and a copy The Companion as a kind gesture.
